Selection Process
Step 01- Aptitude(Analytical, Quantitative) Test
Step 02- Programming Concept(Data Structure and Algorithm)
Step 03- Technical Interview followed by HR Interview

Eligibility Criteria to apply for 2019 pass outs :
Referred candidates passing out in 2019 MUST meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Should have graduated in 2019
- Should have 50% and above in 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation (aggregate of 8 semesters), M.Tech, MSc (IT/CS) and MCA.
- Only 1year gap in education is allowed after HSC
- No gap is allowed after Diploma
- Qualification - MCA, MSc (IT /CS), BE / BTech / MTech all branches
- Must possess excellent English written / spoken communication skills
- Selected candidates should be available to join immediately, if needed
- Must be open to relocate to any Capgemini location, work across technology, domain, role and should be ready to work in shifts if required.
Eligibility Criteria to apply for 2020 pass outs:
Referred candidates MUST meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Should be graduating in 2020
- Should have 60% and above in 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation (aggregate of 7 semesters) and MCA (aggregate
- of 5 semesters)
- Only 1year gap in education is allowed after HSC
- No gap is allowed after Diploma
- Qualification - MCA, BE / BTech (open for only Circuit Branches -Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication and Electronics & Instrumentation)
- Must possess excellent English written / spoken communication skills
- Selected candidates should be available to join immediately, if needed
- Must be open to relocate to any Capgemini location, work across technology, domain, role and should be ready to work in shifts if required.
